By accessing Deagz or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms of Service as well as any policies referenced here (including Privacy and Refund policies). You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent to use our services.

If you do not accept every provision below, do not create an account, submit an order, or access any instant delivery content.

• Deagz sells physical products. No digital goods are delivered.
• Delivery is fast once payment is confirmed. Shipping details and tracking information are displayed in your account dashboard and may also be sent via confirmation email when configured.
• You are responsible for following the shipping instructions provided on the product page. Certain items may require region compatibility or platform-specific prerequisites (e.g., Steam, Epic, Battle.net, etc.).
• A purchase grants a non-transferable, personal license or entitlement as described on the product page. Reselling or sharing access is prohibited and may void the license.

• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
• Use accurate information during account setup, checkout, and support requests so we can validate purchases and ship your items quickly.
• Do not share screenshots, videos, or streams that display sensitive shipping details. Treat any tracking numbers or shipping information as sensitive information.
• Respect our staff and community guidelines when communicating through support channels or Discord.
• Avoid using VPNs or payment methods that violate regional restrictions set by suppliers.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may change without prior notice. Taxes, payment processor fees, and exchange-rate adjustments are calculated during checkout. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant third parties—we never store full card information.

Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may lead to immediate account suspension and elevated fraud review on subsequent orders.

Because physical items are shipped quickly and may be in transit immediately, all sales are generally final once shipping details are provided. Review our detailed Refund Policy for the limited scenarios where a resolution or replacement may be offered.

If you experience a shipping or delivery issue, contact support within 24 hours with your order ID, relevant photos, and any error messages. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and either reissue the product or close the case based on evidence.

• Accessing and using physical items requires compliance with each supplier’s Terms of Service. Violations (including, but not limited to, using items in unsupported regions or manipulating platforms) may result in revoked access.
• We do not guarantee the continued availability of any product, accessory, or platform features. Suppliers may change requirements, block certain regions, or remove items without notice.
• Deagz is not liable for account bans, revocations, or losses that arise from misuse, account sharing, or supplier enforcement actions.

All branding, software, documentation, and marketplace listings are owned by Deagz or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to access the platform and retrieve purchased physical items for personal use. Copying our listings, scraping product data, or rehosting content without written permission is forbidden.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse support channels, or trigger fraud detection systems. Outstanding orders associated with terminated accounts may be cancelled without refund at our discretion.

Policies may be updated periodically to reflect new regulations, payment requirements, or delivery enhancements. Material changes will be posted on this page with a refreshed “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
